Refund Policy (14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee)

Note that the purchase date may precede the delivery date. You must comply with instructions from our customer service team. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days. No refunds are available after 14 days, for partially completed courses, or in cases of access abuse (as detailed below).
Course Delivery: Instant and Staged Access
Courses on this site are delivered either instantly or in stages. Staged delivery allows you to integrate each lesson before progressing. Upon completion, you gain full access to all lessons for review at any time during your access period.
Course Access Duration
Access to most courses is provided for 6 months (180 days) from the date of purchase or enrollment. Some courses offer 1 year (365 days). After expiration, access ends. You may renew for an additional term at a nominal fee (typically 10-15% of the original price) by contacting support@chudinov.store.
Course Access Protection
Access is personal and intended for use on your devices only. We monitor IP addresses to prevent unauthorized sharing. Attempts to access from multiple or unfamiliar devices may result in a temporary lockout. If you travel, change devices, or move, notify us in advance at support@chudinov.store to ensure uninterrupted access.
If locked out unexpectedly, contact us, and we will restore access promptly (usually within 1 hour). However, sharing access with others violates these Terms and may lead to permanent denial of access without refund. Do not share login credentials or course links.
Tiered Forum Access
Forums are course-specific and tiered. Enrolling in a course grants automatic access to its forum and lower-tier forums (e.g., enrolling in an advanced course includes access to beginner forums). Forum participation must comply with community guidelines: no spam, harassment, or sharing of copyrighted content. We reserve the right to revoke forum access for violations.
Digital Products and Content
Courses may include digital content such as audio (MP3), PDFs, or graphics, which can be downloaded. Video files are not downloadable and remain on our secure servers for streaming only.
